The first in Greece and one of only a few in the world, made from three pure sturgeon species: Beluga sturgeon (*Huso huso*), Russian sturgeon (*Acipenser gueldenstaedtii*), and Siberian sturgeon (*Acipenser baerii*). *(The country designation refers to the name of the fish species and not to the country of origin.)* The name **Thesauri** reflects our dedication to creating a unique product that is already highly sought-after internationally — a true Greek treasure.
